“Alien beings repaired UFOs and flew up” – Retired U.S. Air force Lt. Colonel [video]

Richard French is retired U.S. Air Force officer, who worked on the project “Blue Book” in the 50s, which sole purpose was denying the rumors about UFOs. However, in his research, he found quite contrary evidence, and has testified about them in front of his colleagues who had similar experiences.
The most memorable encounter he spoke about happened after he had received a report from locals that there was a UFO sighting near a coastal village St. John.
When he came to investigate, he was stunned with what he saw. According to him, aircrafts of unknown origin have dived under the water surface and stayed there for some time, while they were repaired by beings, for whom French claims to had been of extraterrestrial origin.
After the repairs were done, UFOs have quickly blasted out of the water and flew up at rapid pace.
