Is this a UFO? Teenager spots diamond-shaped object hovering over Isle of Wight

COULD this be a UFO hovering over the Isle of Wight? 

 

The picture was taken by 13-year-old Dermot Lane at around 6.30pm on Saturday, after he spotted an unusual sight in the sky above his home at Packsfield Lane, Wootton Bridge.
The Ryde School student said: "I was playing basketball outside when I looked up and saw a UFO.
"I ran to my phone to get a photo and the picture clearly depicts a UFO.
"It was moving from south to north, very low and moving quite slowly.
"It was in the shape of a diamond, transparent, with four lights at each point of the diamond.

"When it was further away, it looked like two parallel lines in the sky.
"It was the most amazing sight."



Dermot's dad Richard, 50, said: "He came running in and said, 'you're not going to believe what I've just seen.'
"I thought it was probably a plane or something, but when I saw the picture it clearly wasn't a plane.
"It looks so strange, I don't know what to make of it."
