Gary McKinnon will hear his extradition fate tomorrow

 

NASA HACKER Gary McKinnon will be granted a decision about his extradition tomorrow on Tuesday, 16 October.

The decision will come from the UK Home Secretary, and will bring an end to a ten year wait. The fact that a decision will be made has been confirmed by McKinnon's solicitor Karen Todner.

"Confirmation recd that Home Sec. will make announcement on #extradtion of Gary McKinnon on Tuesday afternoon," she said in a message posted to Twitter this weekend.

Janis Sharp. McKinnon's mother has fought to keep her son in the UK for ten years now. If he is extradited the Asperger's sufferer could go to prison for as long as sixty years.
