UFOs: Indian Army Reports Mysterious Sightings (Video)

"The truth is out there," or at least, some people think it is. And especially with this week's news, we've got sci-fi fans running for their binoculars

Indian Army troops allegedly have been spotting UFOs for several weeks along the border of India and China, and according to the army, mysterious ships appeared in the Ladakh sector near the Line of Actual Control with China.
Aug. 4 marked the first sighting in Lagan Khel in Demchok and Ladakh, according to various reports, marking one of hundreds of alleged UFO sightings reported over the last several months.
But what if these sightings weren't really UFOs? Some scientists suggest what believers are spotting in the sky could actually be a more natural occurence involving the planets Jupiter or Venus.
It's interesting to note that the alleged sightings came the same week in which the U.S. government acknowledges the existence of Area 51. Yet, regardless of the areas alleged extraterrestrial happenings (located 100 miles north of Las Vegas in the Mojave Desert,) UFO sightings have still not been acknowledged by officials, according to the Washington Post. However, Area 51 is a testing area for secret aviation projects, including the OXCART supersonic aircraft.
"They (the US government) obviously didn't want the Soviet Union to know about it, and to ensure that, they wanted a facility where it could be tested away from everybody else," said Jeffrey Richelson, an intelligence researcher at the National Security Archive.
As science-fiction fanatics seem to zero-in on the possibility of UFO sightings or other works the government may be trying to conceal from citizens, we have to wonder, could more be out there?
