UFO, spinning object 12/10/2013 4:23pm EST

Best viewed in HD. Miami, FL.

Object first seen at 4:23pm low in the horizon with azimuth 23°(north-east) and 20° elevation, tracked until 4:48pm, moving first east and later west.

Two cameras used:
1- A modified LG, 1/3"CCD, with 16-160mm motorized lens and 950nm pass IR filter
2- A modified box camera, 1/4" CCD on a 650-1300mm telephoto lens set at 1000mm, no filters

On the PC side I use iSpy(http://www.ispyconnect.com/) as a viewer/recorder of the three side by side viewing windows.

All field of views are aligned

For video capture I use USB video capture cards and an internal Aver Media HD video capture card. Video signals are run with video coaxial cables from the PTZ base to the PC indoors.

This base add azimuth/elevation stamps on the video, an Arduino board on the base sends via serial cable that data to the pc.

I added some speed control to the PTZ base using an Arduino board, a solid state switch and a variable resistor.
