DOD’s theory that explains UAP & Book of Revelations?
How far off the mark is it that the academics behind AATIP and other supposed paranormal research programs financed by taxpayers theorize mankind is in the fifth stage of a seven-stage evolutionary system? Do they take the 6th level, which is thought to be a brain linkage of an intelligent technological animal, seriously? Lt. Colonel Thomas Bearden of the Air Force wrote two papers in 1977 that sound and back up a lot of what Luis Elizondo has been articulating lately, as well as what Dr. Eric Davis and Dr. Hal Puthoff have been saying for a long time.

“Dear Ms. Alice Healy (from Defense Documentation Center)” writes Lt. Colonel Bearden as he begins his letter to the records keeper from the DDC. “I am enclosing two additional reports which I would appreciate you placing in the DDC system if possible.” He continues- “I believe these reports contain information on the very forefront of science and philosophy.”

We are still forty-four years old, awaiting confirmation from the same agency of which this article would have been sent. As I previously stated in another article, the fundamental curiosity about our position in the universe can only grow. If the general public considers whether the UAP is from another world, friendly fire, or enemies, the focus can and most likely will potentially turn to a theory involving quantum physics and dimensions.
The government’s transparency and anonymity surrounding The Phenomenon, in my view, was due to the fact that they are going through the same process of internalization. Is it at all possible that it took our top scientists 30 years to determine that UAP isn’t a black budget technology from the USA, Russia, Germany, or China? Is it likely that it took them another 30–40 years to understand that the discoveries could not be attributed to beings on another world beyond our space/time configuration?
Follow The Scientists
If you believe what Luis Elizondo and Chris Mellon are attempting to express to the American public, the excitement itself warrants a deeper dive into the remaining components of AATIP, and to a lesser degree AWSAP. We know there are a few faces that keep popping up in the public eye simply from reading big press articles. Dr. Eric Davis and Dr. Hal Puthoff are two of these names, and if one digs a little deeper, the perspectives and ideas that these trustworthy scientists think are right under our noses. The content of this unclassified defense document is as good as, if not better than, secret congressional hearings in my opinion. Chances are they would leave out this type of information transfer in order to not bore our legislative branch to death.
This document laid out by Lt. Colonel Thomas E. Bearden of the U.S. Army includes two reports — The first one is titled “The One Human Problem, It’s Solution, and It’s Relation to the UFO Phenomena” and the second one is named “Solution of the Fundamental Problem of Quantum Mechanics.” Dr. Davis and Dr. Puthoff have both mentioned that UAP observed is not breaking our laws of physics, just rewriting our understanding of quantum mechanics.
What the UFO Phenomenon Isn’t
While the report goes into extensive detail in regards to how the UAP topic is tightly knit into the entire theory that Bearden is proposing, I think it’s important to point out what Bearden implicitly states the UFOs are not.
It is specifically not due to a group of young stalwarts in an advanced civilization on Planet X of the star Sirius or otherwise, getting liquored up on a weekend, and hopping into the old space jalopy, motoring over to Planet Earth, and jollying the natives.
For the past twelve years, Thomas Bearden has worked diligently to at least draw out the outline of the modern research that is needed before paranormal experiences such as ESP, UFOs, psychokinesis, and so on can be comprehended. This search has led to some of the most peculiar and surprising corners of human thinking, understanding, and experience. However, a consistent trend has been discovered, although one so strange that the unprepared mind is likely to recoil in disbelief or even terror at the vista of truth that appears.
Nonetheless, the trend can be expressed in physics terms; precisely, it can be combined with Everett’s many-worlds understanding and quantum physics — and metaphysics — and physics fused into a single coherent scientific system And in that framework, the Book of Revelations and many of the major biblical prophecies have a clear parallel. Nonetheless, the empirical correlate remains, and the sequence highlights a particular human dilemma with a theoretically feasible solution.
