WTF is this??? UFO filmed in Cleveland, OH on 11/1/13

I'm really sorry about the shakyness. I guess I was really nervous filming this it. I wasn't really paying attention to the view finder as much as I was watching it with my own eyes.

I filmed this while it was really windy outside, but you can still hear the dogs barking at it.
Check out 0:57. A green beam appeared! WTF! Very freaky shit!
