UFO report to Open Minds about video on the "Today Show"

On Monday August 19th Open Minds received a voice mail from one of our viewers alerting us to something he had seen earlier that morning on the "Today Show".

Open Minds went to "The Today Show's" web site and found the story, which the viewer was referring to. We captured the story with Screenflix video capture software to take a closer look and found two different section of video which had something moving through the image. Here we have blown up the first section and slowed it down.
