GREENSBORO — War Memorial Auditorium will host an international UFO symposium this summer.
The Greensboro Coliseum announced Monday that The Center for UFO Research will hold its conference in Greensboro in late June.
UFO experts the world over — France, Chile, Iran,
England — will invade the city to discuss scientific investigations of
unidentified aerial phenomena and objects.
The lineup of speakers includes high-level officials, such as a former NASA senior scientist, a retired Belgian major general, and an Iranian Air Force fighter pilot.
The symposium promises to “counter the wild claims and conspiracy theories that are too often covered in the media,” according to a press release. “This ground-breaking conference offers high quality, serious and legitimate information on UFOs by the world’s leading authorities.”
