Daleks from "Doctor Who" invaded Embassy Row on Saturday, another British invasion just a day after Prince Harry visited.
The rain didn't keep the crowds away from this year's EU Open House, where embassies ranging from Italy to Belgium opened their gates and gave away free tote bags to visitors who stopped by displays of their country's memorable cultural and business exports. (The British embassy's alien visitor appeared to be domesticated; Yeas & Nays did not witness anyone exterminated during our visit.)
Great Britain's visiting prince had moved on to Colorado Springs by Saturday, where he attended the 2013 Warrior Games. Before leaving town, he visited Arlington National Cemetery and Walter Reed Medical Center on Friday.
