As it turns out, 'Are we alone in the universe' is a question that is eclipsed by it’s answer…
The United States Government in its UAP Task Force report issued on June 25th, 2021 has substantiated that unidentified aerial phenomena are indeed a fact and pose a national security threat.
ODNI submitted to Congress a preliminary report regarding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) that relays the progress made by the UAP Task Force.
The United States Government has undoubtedly had theologians, sociologists, psychologists, economists, scientists and more provide detailed reports on the ramifications of an extraterrestrial revelation. These reports provide insight into what could happen to its power structures, economic and financial institutions, sociological and psychological impacts on religion and on and on in the chain of events spanning the globe. The USG has most certainly concluded that the ramifications would be highly unpredictable and virtually uncontrollable.
However, far more prevalent in military minds is the means by which the vehicle is propelled and it's occupants.
Based on five observables provided by the Department of Defense's AATIP for. director Lue Elizondo they were already aware that they were vastly outmatched by superior technology. A vehicle that travels at unimaginable speeds possessing the ability to become invisible with instant acceleration. Moving through the air without the aid of flight surfaces, traveling in space, Earth's atmosphere and oceans seemingly unimpeded by gravitational forces with no discernible means of propulsion.
From a national security standpoint and a military perspective this is a nightmare scenario if this potential threat decides to take hostile action.
Making matters worse the USG also knows that if this god-like technology were to fall into the hands of it's adversaries and mastered before the United States, it would leave democracy defenseless.In a concerning statement made by Australian investigative reporter Ross Coulthart who appeared on the Unidentified Celebrity Review podcast noted his sources confirmed "there has been consideration given to offensively trying to bring down these objects."
Coulthart’s book "In Plain Sight’' goes on to describe that the United States Government seemingly has situational awareness for at least some UAP entering Earth’s orbit from deep space.
Furthermore, the USG has the ability to actively track them via RF signals emanated from these craft based on conversations with retired US intelligence officer Bob Fish.
"There was a specific electronic signature (frequency) emanating from them when they were going into or coming out of the water, so they were easy to track. On several occasions they filmed the UFO as it transitioned from water to air or vice versa." - Bob Fish, In Plain Sight
Mr. Fish went on to indicate that the UAP entered the atmosphere and plunged into the Atlantic Ocean east of Miami Florida and north of Bermuda.
This seems like a good location for a telescope with sensor capabilities if you were running the Galileo Project.
CRASH RETRIEVALS AND EXOTIC MATERIALS
Recently investigative journalist Ross Coulthart speculated in his book, "In Plain Sight" and in interviews that the Russians have obtained exotic materials from UAP crash retrievals and are attempting to reverse engineer them.
Additionally, Coulthart indicated that Nat Kobitz, former Director of Science and Technology Development for the US Navy confirmed being "read-in" to a highly classified UFO retrieval program, adding that there were multiple UFO crash retrievals.
Lue Elizondo made it quite clear to Tucker Carlson in an interview on Fox News that he believed the United States government is in possession of the exotic materials.
In a recent interview with Dr. J Radio Live podcast, Elizondo was asked whether he had contacted Lockheed Martin and inquired about what exotic assets they have in their possession.
"Have we asked, yes, I'm not going to tell you what the answer is because part of that answer requires approval from certain organizations and military contractors and I'm not at liberty to answer on their behalf."

In a very interesting distinction, Elizondo omits the Department of Defense or other government agencies as the source that would need to provide approval to respond to this question.
US government related UFO projects would undoubtedly have waived unacknowledged special access program (WUSAP) clearances. These secretly funded black operation projects are completely off the books with limited congressional oversight.
Specifically, the "Gang of Eight" includes the leaders of each of the two parties from both the Senate and House of Representatives, and the chairs and ranking minority members of both the Senate Committee and House Committee for intelligence who have exclusive oversight over these projects.
The legal implications as to why the Department of Defense is potentially unloading UAP crash site vehicles and exotic materials on contractors is unknown. However this may be an attempt to hide USG possession while still maintaining control of these materials yet remaining out of the reach of FOIA requests is quite intriguing.
CHECKMATE
There is little doubt that world governments that possess these exotic materials have been trying to reverse engineer this technology for decades.

Herein lies the core of the UAP National Security concern that the United States and its allies face while trying to protect and preserve democracy around the world.
While the UAP Task Force report concludes UAP pose a potential threat to our aviation the United States Government also knows that these craft possess seemingly invincible cutting-edge technology that could dismantle democracy if our adversaries obtained it first.
If one could imagine having the technological knowledge to manufacture vehicles that had the ability to defy gravity while traveling at unimaginable speeds exhibiting great stealth and harboring tactical nuclear payloads... it's adversaries would be defeated with considerable ease.
These new vehicles could be simultaneously positioned over major cities, ICBM sites and tactical targets. Communications would be issued to adversarial governments to capitulate or risk the horror of the aggressor proving it's resolve.
Resistance could result in the systematic assassination of government leaders and the destruction of cities. ICBM installations and military apparatus would be wiped out forcing adversaries to capitulate without the benefit of suing for peace.
In an unprecedented military invasion the aggressor would systematically land their occupying forces in undamaged, captured airports as they took control of captured cities facing no resistance and declared martial law.
The unimaginable cost of resistance proved too high.
Of course there are other possibilities...
Former President Ronald Reagan in a speech presented in front of the United Nations, said.
"I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask you, is not an alien force already among us? What could be more alien to the universal aspirations of our peoples than war and the threat of war?”
While I personally subscribe to peaceful diplomatic resolutions in most matters, I truly wonder whether countries would work together without having a common foe or imminent alien threat that unites humanity in a common cause.
Ultimately the question becomes, if a superpower could defeat an enemy with virtually no casualties or loss of military or economic infrastructures would they do it?
Would the Allies allow Chinese and the Russians governments to continue to function in its current capacity?
Would Russia and or China choose to eradicate democracy and enslave the world in a global totalitarian regime?

This thought experiment portrays the kinds of discussions that are certainly occurring in the halls of power around the world.
RITE OF PASSAGE
Right now the USG will maintain above top secret classifications for all efforts being made to reverse engineer exotic materials and associated breakthroughs as a matter of National Security and the preservation of democracy.
However, with enough transparency from the USG it could initiate international discussions about the UAP reality and associated technologies which inevitably may be the thing that saves us from ourselves. It's possible that this would afford opportunities for collaboration with other nations' scientists and academics that could unite us in a scientific cause, preserve peace and turn us into spacefaring explorers together.
This would also provide much-needed relief and recognition to those who have lived under ridicule and persecution of the stigma associated with UFOs for decades.
Harvard University's Professor Avi Loeb, Astronomy Department Center for Astrophysics has now become the first academic to initiate a publicly-funded program called the Galileo Project. They will attempt to provide a high-resolution image of a UAP using scientific methods and equipment furnished through his initiative's public funding.
Notably his research team is composed of academics from around the world. An important distinction as Professor Loeb sends a clear message that this is a global issue.
I imagine our visitors as pragmatic observers judging humanity based on both its past and present actions. Seemingly interested and patiently waiting, but for what?
I question whether an alien civilization would allow humanity to use this technology for its own devices.
The discovery of gravity field propulsion would sweep humanity into the realm of a spacefaring civilization with the ability to navigate to other solar systems.
It may turn out the answer to this question is likely determined by whether we're willing to use it together for peaceful purposes…I suspect those are the required credentials for fledgling space faring civilizations.
THE REVELATION IS MESSY
In an attempt to solidify the unbelievable complexity, chaos and ramifications that would ensue if the United States Government provided full disclosure... I have included this hypothetical statement explaining their position.
THE PENTAGON: OFFICIAL STATEMENT UNIDENTIFIED AERIAL PHENOMENA REPORT
The USG has determined that there is an alien presence on our planet that wields technology perhaps thousands of years beyond our comprehension. The vehicles have the ability to become invisible to the human eye, travel at unimaginable speeds, have instantaneous acceleration with no flight services and appear to defy gravity with no visible means of propulsion.
They have made no attempt to communicate with us and we have not been successful in communication with this unknown entity.
The USG has no definitive knowledge of this entity's peaceful or hostile intent.
The USG does not know if these "others" are AI controlled, autonomous machines or made of flesh and blood, dimensional or intra-dimensional beings. It is thought that some of these alien vehicles described as orbs may have the ability to pass through physical matter.
The United States government has retrieved alien crash vehicles and exotic materials but have been unable to understand or replicate it's workings. The USG also believes that there have been crashed crafts that have been retrieved by the Russian and Chinese governments. If they were to reverse engineer a UAP propulsion system first it would provide them with an unprecedented first strike capability to which we have no defense.
The USG has performed investigations finding anecdotal evidence that private citizens may have been abducted for the purposes of studying human biology.
The USG also believes that this alien presence is also slaughtering our livestock presumably to study it's biology and collecting various natural resources for purposes we don't understand.
UAPs taunt our Air Force and Naval assets while observing our military movements all day, every day with the ability to loiter in the air, in space or at sea around the clock with no identifiable means of propulsion or energy source.
The USG has numerous confirmations that include UAP incursions reported throughout the United States and Russian at ICBM nuclear launch sites.
It's also widely known that nuclear-powered naval vessels and ground installations around the world are also notable hotspots for UAP visits.
One of the most notable incidents occurred at Montana's Malmstrom Air Force Base in 1967.
"Star & Stripes quoted former Air Force Capt. Robert Salas, who was at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana in 1967 when 10 ICMs he was overseeing suddenly became inoperative - at the same time base security informed him of a mysterious red glowing object in the sky."
"Robert Jamison, a retired USAF nuclear missile targeting officer, told of several occasions having to go out and "re-start" missiles that had been deactivated, after UFOs were sighted nearby."
"Similar sightings at nuclear sites in the former Soviet Union and in Britain were related."

This is a good argument for why UFOs have been kept a secret for more than 75 years.
THE FINAL ACT
In my view it’s clear there has been an orchestrated effort providing acclimation for a new reality by the USG since the New York Times article, "Glowing auras and black money" published on December 16th 2017. Humanity is entering uncharted territory where we will no longer be in control of our own destinies.
Military officials, politicians, Pentagon officials including two former CIA directors, for. director of the ONI and president Barack Obama we're all on the record indicating UAP exists and pose a national security threat prior to the UAP task force report being issued on June 25th, 2021.
When the ONI / UAPTF report was issued the United States then unequivocally confirmed that UAP was an unknown anomaly exhibiting technology that did not exist in the American arsenal.
There are vehicles not made of human hands traveling in American Skies with impunity, exhibiting technology of a "different kind" and controlled by entities we don't understand.
While it is obviously imperative that the United States maintain National Security associated with this subject matter. Some incontrovertible evidence will soon be provided to the world confirming that this is not science fiction.
