There’s been much speculation regarding why Congress, after decades of silence, had decided to introduce legislation into the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to address unidentified aerial phenomenon (UAP), and now we may know.
In numerous interviews, Lue Elizondo has discussed the high definition videos and associated sensor data that were analyzed by the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) that exhibit the five observables. There has always been speculation that congressional committees had seen high-resolution videos of UAP, yet never substantiated until now.
On April 22nd, 2022, Ryan Robbins of Post Disclosure World, interviewed Lue Elizondo. Robbins, who was highly motivated and determined to get an answer, asked Lue Elizondo, “What is Congress seeing in the classified briefings that are leading to all this legislation (National Defense Authorization Act legislation) and all this commentary?
Elizondo went on to state:
“What are they (Congress) seeing and what they are hearing is very compelling, what they are getting in some cases and certainly their staff, I know that to be a fact, are receiving high-definition videos photographs and things taken from very sensitive platforms every week, they’re getting new information and this week alone we have two more very interesting incidents coming out of two different opposite areas of responsibilities (AOR), so a lot of information is coming fast and furious.”
On July 17th, 2021, in an interview on Fade to Black, Elizondo dropped clues regarding the 23-minute high-definition UAP footage and also indicated “it was one of many that AATIP had analyzed.”
In a lengthy parsing of information, Elizondo is paraphrased here as saying:
It was not Tic Tac shaped and potentially involved multiple vehicles, and the data was collected by an official US collection sensor, Elizondo also indicated it wouldn’t be surprising if the video was leaked because it wasn’t pervasive, although Elizondo denounced leaking of any kind.
It moved at excessive speeds having peculiar movements and patterns we wouldn’t understand.
It appears that there were several crafts involved and certainly big enough from our context, that several occupants could fit within the craft.
Additionally, there’s been multiple discussions regarding a triangular-shaped UAP video emerging from the ocean, and photographs are allegedly being passed around military intelligence and Department of Defense officials.
If these videos exist, and Congress has seen them, it would certainly leave an indelible impression and likely contribute to the language in the NDAA legislation.
Whats in the Videos?
The History Channel published the article “These 5 UFO Traits, Captured on Video by Navy Fighters, Defy Explanation”, with great historical data and references, the basics are taken here:
The Five Observables
Anti-gravity lift
Unlike any known aircraft, these objects have been sighted overcoming the earth’s gravity with no visible means of propulsion. They also lack any flight surfaces, such as wings. In the Nimitz incident, witnesses describe the crafts as tubular, shaped like a Tic Tac candy, however, numerous shapes, and configurations have been described and documented in public sightings reports.
Sudden and instantaneous acceleration
The objects may accelerate or change direction so quickly that no human pilot could survive the g-forces — they would be crushed. In the Nimitz incident, radar operators say they tracked one of the UFOs as it dropped from the sky at more than Mach 30 or 23,000 mph.
Hypersonic velocities without signatures
If an aircraft travels faster than the speed of sound, it typically leaves “signatures,” like vapor trails and sonic booms. Many UFO accounts note the lack of such evidence.
Low observability, or cloaking
Even when objects are observed, getting a clear and detailed view of them, either through pilot sightings, radar, or other means remain difficult. Witnesses generally only see the glow or haze around them.
Trans-medium travel
Some UAPs have been seen moving easily in and between different environments, such as space, the earth’s atmosphere, and water.
After decades of silence, Congressional motivation to understand the phenomenon, and control the narrative was likely reached from the classified report and is evident in their obvious urgency to obtain intelligence through the NDAA legislation.
What Does The President Know?
Dr. Robert (Bob) McGwier is an adjunct professor at Virginia Tech, former chief scientist at the Hume Center, and Founder of Hawkeye 360, holds a Ph.D. in applied mathematics, (Brown University) and a BS in electrical engineering (Auburn University).
In comments from April of 2021, McGwier, who holds a security clearance, but was not present at a National Security Council classified briefing, told Spaced Out Radio:
“I know several people who were in the national security council meeting and the best comment I heard was ‘what we had was 40 minutes of science fiction movies, we were all gobsmacked, There were 70 pages and 14 videos, they got to see the good stuff. There was a full classified report and 14 videos, but the committees and the White House — they saw the works.”
The confirmation that Congressional subcommittees and their staffers have seen videos, photographs, and additional intelligence from sensitive platforms, corroborates McGwier’s assertions that lawmakers and the executive branch are being briefed with high-definition videos of anomalous objects.
ONI / UAP Task Force, Preliminary Assessment: on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, stipulated UAP posed a national security threat, and McGwire referred to videos being viewed in the National Security Council (NEC) briefing.
The National Security Council is the President’s principal forum for considering national security and foreign policy matters with their senior advisors and cabinet officials, and the UAP report stipulated a national security threat that would require the NSC’s attention.
“Identification of potential aerospace or other threats posed by the UAP to national security, and an assessment of whether this UAP activity may be attributed to one or more foreign adversaries”- UAP Preliminary Report
The NEC is chaired by the president of the United States. As chairman of the NSC, the president was briefed as a matter of necessity, with highly classified UAP high-definition videos, photographs, intelligence debriefings of naval and other military personnel, and sensitive sensor data from ground-based and orbital platforms, and likely much more.
Reviewing all the members that regularly attend National Security Council meetings, you can get an idea of the Washington power that possesses this information. Virtually every position appointed by the president is in attendance to address matters of National Security.
The United States Government now likely sits on the biggest mystery in global history and has yet to inform the American public.
