Strange UFO hovered over Bangor ME, USA on 10/01/2013

This strange object was sighted west of Bangor ME, USA. Fortunately it was recorded. The film-maker saw this UFO twice while walking his dog. He assumes that it was the same object. It made absolutely no sound. We, from UFOFlilesTV, haven't seen this kind of UFO before. It is a very strange flying object indeed.
