UFO: Aliens work with military says U.S. Nuclear Physicist

Is the perpetuation of war on our planet Earth a "human problem" or is it a manifestation of interference into the collective human conscious by interdimensional alien activity? 

Dr. Michael Salla years ago alleged the existence of a military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex (MIEC) of interests.  Dr. Charles Hall who is a Nuclear Physicist has affimed Dr. Michael Salla's representation by alleged alien activity that has been associated with military activities.

The military-industrial-extraterrestrial complex (MIEC) of interests currently controls most information concerning the extraterrestrial presence; and dominates government institutions around the planet, financial interests, the mass media, and is responsible for systemic global problems."
