PST in NW Portland. This was filmed roughly in a N/NE direction. This
UFO would change colors (green, blue, red and purple) and would make
sharp changes in direction. This is the second time in a week that I
have seen this object with it's time and location roughly the same. I
am hoping that it will return again and I can get a more stable video.
