UFODI: Huge UFO Recorded Moving Over Birmingham UK 10/04/2014

A Skeptic is not quite sure if he has recorded an acual circular shaped craft (UFO) hovering in the skies of birmingham UK and uploaded it to youtube on 1st April 2014. The odd object which has multiple lights underneath does look extremely unusual.
Witness States:
Strange Object (UFO) spotted in the sky above Birmingham. I'm aware that it could have been a plane but the circular shape and the fact that it just hovered lead the four of us in the car to believe that it could possibly be a UFO
