Kingdom of Hawaii approves protocols for extraterrestrial contact (S02E17)

Political representatives of the Reinstated Kingdom of Hawaii will announce at a public event on September 24, "Contact Protocols" for extraterrestrial visitors to Hawaii's Star Visitor Sanctuary at Kaimu-Kalapana in the Puna region of the Big Island of Hawaii. The Protocols were formally approved on Sept 7 by four members of the Hawaii Kingdom's legislature with the support of the Kingdom's government. The newly approved Contact Protocols are the first time representatives of a sovereign state have publicly approved official measures in response to the appearance and/or contact with extraterrestrial life.
