Clarbruno Vedruccio graduated in Physics in the U.S.and obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.In 2004, by decree of the President of the Republic, the Navy awarded Vedruccio the rank of Commander, with a law that was applied for the first time to Guglielmo Marconi. In the Navy, he deals with various issues relating to radio-communications and electromagnetism. He serves in COMSUBIN (La Spezia), the elite combat frogman force, and,
having joined the San Marco Regiment, he took part in the UN Peace Mission "Leontes" in Tibnin, Lebanon. In 2009 he received the licence which distinguishes the Marine riflemen of the San Marco Regiment, the Italian Marines. He has also worked as a consultant for the Civil Protection Department, doing research on electromagnetic fields and phenomena related to them; he is part of the Inter-institutional Working Group for the observation of the phenomena of Canneto di Caronia (ME). He is married to Dr. Carla Ricci, a scholar known for her research and publications on the figure of Mary Magdalene and women at the origin of Christianity, and who has joined him in the scientific and humanitarian adventure of Bioscanner ®.
